Graphpaper

This program generates a wide variety of graph papers. The greatest feature is that you can develop your own and save them. 

The installation and removal are clean. Very clean. If you change you mind after install, all the icons can be replaced within the program.

Copy GPAPER.EXE to its own folder then open it to install.
